Marketing Coordinator
I began my career in dentistry in 2015 as an EFDA, gaining hands-on clinical experience across multiple specialties. Working chairside gave me a strong understanding of patient care, clinical procedures, and the inner work of a dental practice.
With a degree in Marketing and Business Administration, I transitioned into the administrative and marketing side of the practice. Now, as Marketing Coordinator, I combine my clinical expertise with creativity and strategy to grow our brand, strengthen our community presence, and create a welcoming, engaging atmosphere in the office. I’m also the person behind many of our events, celebrations, and the little details that make our space feel special.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my fiancé and our two dogs, Gus and Fido — usually hiking or exploring somewhere new. I’m a big foodie and enjoy traveling, reading, and the performing arts, especially classical ballet and theate

Treatment Coordinator
Hi! I’m Wila, and as your New Patient Coordinator, I’m here to guide you through the very beginning of your smile journey. I welcome new patients into our office, walk you through your treatment plan, and make sure you fully understand what to expect every step of the way. My goal is for you to feel confident, informed, and excited about getting started.
I’m also happy to answer any questions about our flexible payment options and help make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I truly love meeting new people and helping patients feel like they’ve found a home here with us.
Outside of the office, I enjoy traveling, snorkeling, and fishing. Most of all, I value quality time with my friends and family.

Appointment Coordinator
Hi! I’m Savannah, and I’ve been part of the Next Level team since 2022. As our Appointment Coordinator, I help keep our schedule running smoothly and make sure every patient feels welcomed and taken care of from the very first call to their visit in the office.
Originally from South Florida, I now happily call the Gainesville area home. I’m a proud boy mama and fiancé, and I bring that same warmth and energy into everything I do.
Outside of work, I love all things fall, tacos, and sunflowers. When I’m not at the office, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, fishing, or enjoying a good Netflix show.

Team Lead
Hi! I’m Sarah, and I’m proud to be part of the team at Next Level Orthodontics. My role allows me to support our patients in both the clinical and administrative sides of the practice. You may see me assisting Dr. Akhavan during appointments to help ensure each visit is comfortable and runs smoothly, or working with our front office team to help patients navigate insurance questions and understand their financial options.
I truly love what I do and enjoy creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. Building relationships and helping patients feel confident throughout their smile journey is the most rewarding part of my job.
Outside of the office, I love spending time with my husband, Ryker, and our daughter, Saylor. As a family, we enjoy being outdoors, especially anything on the water.

Orthodontic Assistant
Hi! I’m Bri. I’ve been part of the team since 2021, and I love helping our patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their smile journey. As an Orthodontic Assistant, I work closely with Dr. Akhavan during treatment and enjoy seeing smile transformations that happen at every stage.
Creating a positive, welcoming experience for my patients is so important to me, and I can’t wait to help you achieve the smile you’ve always dreamed of.
Outside of the office, I love spending time with my family and my sweet daughter. You’ll often find us out on the boat or enjoying time together — family means everything to me, and I look forward to welcoming you as part of ours.
