My treatment with Oliv clear aligners started in December 2025. Ever since my initial consultation, my experience at this office has been nothing short of amazing. Immediately upon entering the building, you can feel just how professional the environment is. It is a very clean environment with a very clear separation between the lobby and the treatment areas, which I appreciate. Dr. Akhavan has always been very friendly and supportive, and he does his best to make sure you have a positive experience both in the office and at home while completing your treatment. I have had appointments with multiple different orthodontic assistants, and they were all wonderful; they always made the effort to make you feel welcome and supported throughout your experience. I would highly recommend this center for your orthodontic treatment. You will not be disappointed!

My son finished his treatment last week, so we have been going to Dr. A and his team for about 2 years. They are the best and are all simply amazing people. Professional, caring, friendly and very easy to work with. They’ve always answered all our questions and worries with no judgement and simple explanations. Bri is our absolute favorite girl EVER and always goes above and beyond. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

We had an outstanding experience with NLO! My son just had his braces removed, and we’re absolutely thrilled with the results. The entire team was friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Akhavan is fantastic—very professional and knowledgeable. I have another son who will need braces in the future, and we will definitely be returning to NLO for his treatment.

After seeing how well they cared for him, I knew it was a place I could trust too. Even though I live in Ocala and had to drive for appointments, it was absolutely worth it. When you find a place that treats people with that level of care and integrity, distance doesn’t really matter. What stood out to me from the beginning was the way the entire team works together. The staff are kind, professional, and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. You can feel that the moment you walk in the door. Over the course of my treatment, I never once had an issue. And on the few occasions when I had small requests or questions, they didn’t just address them ~ they went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. That kind of attention and respect for a patient speaks volumes. Getting braces as an adult is a commitment, and trusting someone with your smile matters. They made the entire experience smooth, comfortable, and honestly enjoyable. I also love the fact that the Doctor didn’t have that “doctor” personality that some have where they are a bit more special than those around them. He was on the same level as his staff and that felt calming. They are a team…… Today I can say with confidence that choosing them was one of the best decisions I made for my dental care.
